Scott David Lippe, M.D. attended Johns Hopkins University where he completed his undergraduate education, then went on to receive his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York. His residency training was completed at the Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York. During his residency, he also served as an emergency room physician at the VA Medical Centers in Albany, Northport and East Orange. Dr. Lippe completed a dual fellowship in Gastroenterology and Nutrition at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, New York.
Dr. Lippe is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology by the American Board of Medicine. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York and also a Clinical professor at New Jersey Medical College – UMDNJ. To his credit, he is Chief of Gastroenterology at Bergen Regional Medical Center, New Jersey. Dr. Lippe has authored many articles on various areas of Gastroenterology and has spent two years in research of various gastrointestinal conditions.
