My experience

Hrishi Pathak, PT, DPT

In order to pursue higher education, he finished his post-professional Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro College, New York in 2017.  As a Physical Therapist, he has learned through his extensive education to support patients in attaining and maintaining, good health and wellbeing.

Dr. Pathak has also been successfully training patients with Parkinson’s disease using innovative techniques which help patients gain more control of their movements which then empowers and supports them in feeling optimistic about their future with this condition.

At the Center For Integrative & Traditional Medicine, he provides knowledgeable, gentle, compassionate care for our patients suffering from various conditions.  The primary object of Physical Therapy is to promote optimum human health by improving movement and function, relieving pain and expanding mobility potential.  Often medical conditions such as arthritis, chronic pain, stroke, surgery, stress and the natural aging process can result in loss of physical function. This loss of function may present to a patient as decreased flexibility and strength or limited endurance.  The practice of Physical Therapy can assist in regaining lost independence and restore participation in various daily activities.

The principles of Physical Therapy have been a part of the healing arts since the beginning of recorded time.  The role of Physical Therapy in present day healthcare has become significant and essential in the concept of total patient care.  Our team is pleased to have one of the best practitioners leading our Physical Therapy practice ensuring optimum results for our patients.
