Holistic Primary Care Passaic County – One File, One Doctor, In Person

Passaic County has options that call themselves holistic or integrative, but a closer look often turns up the same paragraphs repeated across several service pages, or care that's mostly conducted over video with one physical office backing it up. CITM does it differently: a single internist board-certified in gastroenterology and acupuncture, a file that travels with you from visit to visit, and gastroenterology and acupuncture integrated into the in-person relationship – not farmed out to other people.

Dr Finn MD of Hudson Primary Care

The Team Coordinating Your Passaic County Care

  • Dr Roman Finn, board-certified internist, is your primary care physician of record for all visits – both in person and through a rotating queue of telehealth visits

  • Dr Scott David Lippe is an in-house gastroenterologist who sees patients with digestive issues that require some additional investigation

  • Lev Vyshedsky, L.Ac, licensed acupuncturist, joins your plan only when it’s a genuine fit for your case

  • Nutrition guidance and lab review are done by the same people and from the same file, each time

No separate portal or second office to reach out to when the care required goes beyond a prescription.

CITM Center in Bergen County for Autoimmune Disease, Fatigue and Brain Fog

In-Person, Physician-Directed Primary Care for Passaic County

Much of what’s marketed as integrative care in Passaic County is done virtually – and only in person when it can’t be done virtually. CITM does the opposite – your care is delivered in the room with Dr Finn – labs, physical exams and the discussion of what’s really happening all occur simultaneously, not via a video call and a different lab draw somewhere else.

This is important to anyone having to deal with an object that must be observed, not simply described. An exam that’s truly hands-on and a doctor who is overseeing each step of your treatment, not just approving it from afar–all of this can help you get better with a thyroid that hasn’t been performing as it should, joint pain that’s not been treated, or fatigue that has persisted despite normal-looking blood work.

It also implies that the file does not need to be rebuilt each time you log in. You don’t have to repeat your entire story or explain the same things over and over again, since the same chart, history and doctor are used at each visit.

Whole-Person Primary Care Hudson NJ

Whole-Person Primary Care Without the Repeated Paperwork

Whole-person primary care means that your lab results and symptoms are maintained over time and not reset with every appointment. For patients who have experienced a disjointed health care experience using a clinic, a telehealth app, and a third specialist, having a single file that captures the whole picture means a new pattern may be identified more quickly. Medications, nutrition or lifestyle changes will be implemented as soon as you see a change in your results, and not at some fixed point in time, such as a month or two after you were seen.

Holistic Health

A Personalized Primary Care Plan That Doesn't Reset Each Visit

Your plan should not be identical at your third visit and be different from it at your first. Dr Finn adjusts your lab plans as you adjust your labs or change your medication or circumstances; what you follow is always what you are in. Many times the most significant practical change for Passaic County patients accustomed to giving their history at every new visit is that one physician follows the other.

I have been going to Dr. Finn's office for over 15 years and I am very happy with the services and treatment I receive. Dr. Finn always listens to his patients and tries to get to the root of the problem instead of just treating the symptoms. I like that he always recommends using natural and alternative methods first instead of prescribing medications right away. I also go for a physical therapy at his office for my back problems. His physical therapist is very knowledgeable and massage therapists, Galina and Shirley, are the best! They always welcome me with the smile and are very attentive. I would not think of going anywhere else. Keep up a great job Dr. Finn and The Staff!!

Frequently Asked Questions: In-Person Holistic Primary Care in Passaic County

Is this an in-person practice, or is care mostly handled by video?

CITM visits are in person. Labs, physical exam, and treatment planning all occur during the same visit, not in a separate visit and video appointment.

Dr Finn will be your physician of record for every visit. You don’t have to be assigned to any provider that’s available on any given day.

No. Your history, lab tests, and plan will follow you from visit to visit, and your physician will have your current plan in front of him upon your arrival.

Yes. Patients frequently visit Passaic County for symptoms such as thyroid problems, autoimmune disorders and unexplained fatigue, which may have been missed in other tests.

The central model is face-to-face care, as a hands-on exam is a part of the evaluation performed by your physician. Talk to the office directly about what can be done for certain follow-ups.

No appointment is necessary to make your first visit.

Regular patients are seen regularly from Clifton, Paterson, Wayne, Passaic, and Totowa as well as surrounding areas.
